The Collection: MAC Lipsticks.

When I saw how successful my MAC Eyeshadow Collection post was, I knew it was just a matter of time until I would need to get some of my other collections up, so I present to you my MAC lipstick collection! My love affair with lipsticks has been a much shorter journey than that with eyeshadows, but it's still been pretty extensive. The group you see below is a really narrowed down collection as result of multiple sort-outs and cullings over the years - in fact, I would guess that I've probably had double the number of MAC lipsticks at one point or other that have ended up either going to better homes or even straight in the bin (I'm looking at you, melted Creme d'Nude!) Either way, this is the group that I've ended up with; a lovely mix of bolds, neutrals and vampy shades that carry me through the year nicely without much temptation to pick up another shade or two. Some are well loved and some are more of memento (Viva Glam LEs come to mind...) but I feel like every shade plays its part nicely. Below I've listed the shades I have and which I'd recommend - I hope this proves useful! Also, I haven't included swatches because Temptalia and Google have far better swatches that I could provide, so use them - they are your friends!

A solid shade... Good to Go, Angel, Shy Girl, Zen Rose
Stay away from... None of these! I've had a lot more shades in the past but have recently cleared out shades that I didn't like/weren't using so those are long gone!
