The cold air in Russia has been completely stripping my skin of any moisture, so all of my efforts recently have been focused on keeping my skin polished and super hydrated (which believe me, has been no easy feat). Recently, I've been a huge fan of Origins Skincare, but a particular favourite the last few weeks has been the Origins Modern Friction Exfoliator. My skin is pretty sensitive, so a harsh scrub definitely does more harm than good, and that's why Modern Friction is great for skin like mine. This scrub is not scratchy or harsh in any way, in fact the opposite. It contains rice starch, which helps to even out your skins surface, as well as signs of damage or discolouration. This has definitely become my favourite scrub as of late.

Next we have the Una Brennan Super Facialist Rose Hydrate Miracle Facial Oil (what a name!) This is a gorgeous pre-cleanse oil that can not only be used to dissolve your makeup, but also as an additional injection of moisture on its own. I like to use this in the evenings to help to remove my make up before my Origins Mega Mushroom Cleanser, as this gets the majority of my slap off. Then, I have been using it in place of my nightly moisturiser about 2-3 times a week to help keep any flakiness at bay.

Due to my drier, slightly duller looking skin, I have been trying to keep my makeup as minimalistic as possible, yet still trying to inject a bit of glow. This is where my next product comes in, the MAC Beauty Powder in Shell. This gorgeous limited edition blush gives you a very natural peachy-pink flush whilst injecting a subtle glow, enough to breathe life into even the dullest of complexions. Plus, the packaging is beautiful... good ol' MAC Liberty of London collection.

Last but not least is one of my favourite autumn lip colours. It's no secret that I love the L'Oreal Glamshine Stains, but this beauty is something else. The  L'Oreal Glamshine Stain Splash in Milady is a gorgeous raspberry-plum hybrid that adds a little va va voom to your everyday makeup. It's well worth checking out if you want a gorgeous fall lip colour that lasts all day.
