Now you may not believe me but I actually rarely buy magazines. The only reason I will purchase one is to get a freebie with it!! The month of May has brought some amazing magazine goodies, and this is only a fraction of what is out there at the moment. 

I decided to pick up this month's Marie Claire and Elle. Marie Claire came with a choice of 3 different Avon products; a lipstick (which was no where to be seen), a Glimmerstick eyebrow pencil, and a Black Supershock eyeliner. Now, I am a great lover of the Supershock pencils, but I already have a few so I decided to go with the Glimmerstick. This is in the colour Dark Brown, and although it is intended for eyebrows, I'm going to try it as an eyeliner - excited for that!

Next we have Elle. Most of you will know that my favourite mascara at the moment (and for the last 6 months or so) is the Benefit 'They're Real' mascara, so I just had to get this. It will be perfect for travelling with and will keep me going for a bit longer so I don't have to purchase another full size version for a while (they are not cheap!)

Like I said, I actually only got a few of the things on offer this month. InStyle has 3 Nails Inc polishes (baby pink, baby peach and a orange-toned red), but I already have far too many polishes anyway. Another tempting offer was provided by Harpers Bazaar. They had what looked like a full size REN Moroccan Rose body moisturiser. The vast amount of body lotions in my possession put me off buying that, but I have not fully ruled it out yet ;)
